Gozing customer service

Has anyone had any luck getting a response from them? I have 2 surveys I've been waiting for payment on. One was for $75 and one for $40. The expected pay dates for both were last month. I waited at least a week past the dates to send a question to customer service. I've now sent 3 polite emails asking when I could expect payment on them (they still show up in my payout report, they haven't disappeared like was happening a while back) but I haven't gotten a response to any of my 3 emails. I had this $ worked into my budget for the trip we take next month so I'm anxious to see it actually show up!

Just wondering if anyone has had success hearing back from them or if they just always ignore emails.

I wrote to them sometime last week and got a response from them yesterday. I wished I'd saved the message so I could show you but it basically said that they were in the process of upgrading their systems so payouts were going slower than expected but not to worry because they had not forgotten about us We shall see what happens. I'm waiting on payment for two surveys but they are both under $10. I'm hoping to get mine before I go but $10 work make a difference one way or the other for me.

FWIW, I was waiting for 2 payments from $3 surveys. On from April and one from July. I received payment for the April one on August 31, and as I was transfering the funds to my bank account, the $3 for the July survey showed up in my account, too!

I also received the note from CS about upgrading their systems or whatever. I was cleaning out email and just deleted it the other day since I have gotten my payments.
