Government Discounts

I saw that the Swan takes "government" discounts. what does this mean? My dh works for the NYS Senate - does that count? And do the disney resorts take government discounts too? thanks!

not all disney resorts do this.. it's only the swan or dolphin.. and i would think his position is a government job..
