Gotta Love DU!

I emailed my agent this morning about adding 2 days to our trip at the beginning. Initially, she was told there was no availibility for the room we wanted and we couldn't get a King room because she accidentally put the incorrect age in for my son. So we emailed back and forth a couple of times and I just got an email that she was able to get the room category we wanted (standard) at POR for ALL the nights we wanted!

I have used DU once before and was quite satisfied and they just keep doing a great job! I am hooked!

Now my agent is just keeping her eyes open for AP rates, which will hopefully be out very soon! Yay!

Oh and I'm having her make all of my PS's for me. It's so much easier that way. I cannot WAIT to go to WDW in October!!!!!!!!

I used to be (and still am) one of those people who had to have complete control of all details of travel, and IMHO, DU just enhances that. I still can plan what I want to do, when, and where I want to do it, but DU takes care of everything so I don't have to get up at some ungodly hour to make phone calls (because of the 5-6 hour time difference, I've actually gotten up at 2 in the morning to get a discount on my hotel room!!!).

I don't think I'll ever NOT use them for a Disney vacation ever again! (I use them for Disneyland vacations too.)

I went to a conventional travel agency (local branch of national company) for my first adult trip to WDW, and (1) paid an ungodly amount of money, (2) got an agent who had never been to WDW, and (3) never learned about the PS system. So I spent an arm and a leg for a much-less-than-optimal experience.

The second trip, I decided to forego the whole travel agent thing and do everything myself. I bought up all the guidebooks, registered here, and became an anal, trip-planning crazy lady. Well, it worked OK. I found a slight discount, and lucked out on PS, although I made several long-distance phone calls to work out all the details.

My last visit I decided to give DU a try. It took no time or effort at all to complete the online form, and everything was done for me: applying discounts, making PS, even suggestions for spending my time based on the interests I'd noted. Paying online also made things so much easier. SueEllen responded to my concerns or questions within 24 hours - usually within 6 hours - and the trip went very smoothly.

As soon as I returned from that trip, I booked another with SueEllen. We now have family in Florida, so we'll be taking a lot of future vacations at WDW - and every one of them will be booked through DU!
