GOTG Group not showing in app

Help! My son is in Disney today with girlfriend and family. They got a queue number, wait time, and all of the rest, but its not showing in the app now. Of course he didn’t screenshot it. Does this happen sometimes? I told him to check with the experience team as soon as he gets in the park

I found sometimes it disappeared off the tip board during the day but if I went into virtual queues in the hamburger menu it showed up.
