Hi everyone,
I've seen quite a few "computer problems" posts lately, and thought I'd give you all a handy little tip that most non-geeks aren't aware of.
Even if your computer is brand-new, your software is already obsolete. You will need to visit Microsoft's website occasionally (once a month or so) and download the latest "critical updates", especially if you're upgrading your other software (like AOL).
Also, there's a Microsoft Office Update site for those of you using Word, Excel, etc.
