Got the same CM when I called back!!!

I really can't believe that when I called CRO back just a few minutes ago, I got the same person!! She was nice but not willing to check my name for a code. (We received a postcard a few weeks ago in the mail) We have a Disney Visa but are looking at going 12/5-12/14. As far as I can see, 12/5 &12/6 are blackout dates for any potential codes. Naturally, she was trying to sell me a great package--rack rate (I already looked up and had the numbers written down). When I told her that it wasn't going to work, she kept on and on. I finally hung up after much longer than I wished. Anyway, I am just stunned I guess that I got the same person on the phone! Just venting...

There are times when I've really wanted to get the same CM twice, but of course I never did.

What are the odds of that ever happening? I bet the odds are better when you dont want it to happen!

I would have died if that were me...I had to call for some dining reservations and the CM that answered sounded like a smoker who had about 50 packs a day for the 50 years of their life...she was so hard to understand and hear it was horrible. I made one reservation, and I just couldn't take it, so I told her that was all I needed to make, hung up and called back. This time a got a guy who was definately "family" so to speak, so it worked well.
