Got the O.K. to play soccer again...........

Yes!! I have been experiencing terrible low back pain and have been having a new technique done to my back called the Graston technique. It is a little painful when it is being done but in the long run it is working. Today I can say I am pain free!!!

Soccer starts soon, now I just have to recruit a few more players....

I am motivated again....................can't wait to play soccer even though we lose every game!! LOL!!

Ouch! Sounds painful, but Im glad its working for you. And thats great that you can get back to playing soccer. That must be so fun. Where & when do you play?

Katie I play on Friday nights right in your hometown. At the indoor soccer place in downtown!! I am not sure of the exact date we start but should be over the next few weeks.

I am so happy my back is healing.....I have been laid up since September 2 (my 14th wedding anniversary!!) and have put on the lbs. to boot!!!!

I'm sure that will speed the weight loss for you again.
Is your DH still doing Atkins with you?

I go to the drs. on Friday and hopefully she will say I can start doing more than just walking, I don't think I'd be very good at soccer, but I do like to do the Bowflex!
Too bad my neice didn't live near you, she got married in June and lives to play soccer.
