Did they mention where you will be seated - as from what we saw some areas are better than others.
For example, they initially sat us in the Ice Cave but we had to ask to be moved as it was giving DW and DD a headache due it the lighting constantly changing. Moving us wasn't a problem as we were there for lunch and it was reasonably quiet, but if it was dinner time and they were full it would have been harder to accommodate us.
It does seem as though you have everything sorted though. I'm sure you will love it, and have you camcorder ready for the meteor shower.

We took our dd there for her birthday this month and it was great. A group of servers all gathered around to sing happy birthday (TRex style!) and brought a complimentary ice cream/cookie with candle.

We really enjoyed it, we sat just outside the ica cave so had a great view without being subjected to the light changes :) Dunno which section it was but we were sat right next to a woolly mammoth (I think!) and also had a great view of the sea section.

My only suggestion would be to avoid the fruit ice/drink in the T Rex Bone glass because it was absolutely disgusting, kind of like drinking terrible candy/sweets, we had to order a large bottle of water to clear away the taste - uuurgh!

Fab place though, noisy but perfect for kids and birthdays :thumbsup2

they never said where we would be seated, i just asked for somewhere where there would be plenty of room as one of our party is in a wheelchair. i will make sure i take my camcorder also:thumbsup2

Where is that, and when does it happen? Is there some warning to have the camera pointed toward it?

I believe this happens every 20mins,look to the ceiling. There will be rumbling, flashes, dinosaurs roaring or whatever they do(do dino's roar :lmao: :confused3 ).I have'nt been but this is some of what i remember reading.x.

Most of the meteor shower takes place in the dining area to the right as you walk in (sorry I cant remember its name - but it is the one with the grill in it)
As it begins to happen it gets a little darker and the dinosaurs start to get a little bit more lively. It says it happens every 30 minutes but when we were there it was definatley more regular than that - maybe every 20 minutes or so.

As for the souvenir glasses you don't have to have the fruit drink to have one. We had diet cokes, chocolate milkshakes and a smoothie when we went the first time. All of these came in a special glass which was then washed for us to take away with us.

Any body any piccys to post?
When we went n october I think it had just opened, the lines:scared1:
I thought, what the heck is that all about?

The Boneyard Buffet is really nice. I was worried that you wouldn't get an idea as to the size of it - but if you look at the knife and fork to the right of the plate you will see how big the plate is.
I hardly made a dent in mine I'm ashamed to say.

The coleslaw looks delicious,i do love the way the americans do there slaw-much better than ours.x.
