Got points, still no paperwork

So all of our points are showing up in our account, but...they changed our UY. It was Feb. which I was happy with. Now it is December which I am unhappy with. So we are calling our guide and going to try to have them switch back to Feb. This is driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!! I'm trying to remain calm. Just aggravated at this. And no, that does not mean I'm not right for DVC, it just means I expect quality customer service.

Good luck! We're getting ready to buy a split contract (AKV/BLT) which will have a December UY too. I'm not real crazy about it, but we will get 2008 AKV points so I can live with it!
