Got Our MagicBands!! But.....

We didn't get the souvenir luggage tags or the tags for the DME...is this normal? If not, what number do I call?

Check underneath first. People are reporting that they are being put in the bottom of the box.

Magical Express comes separate. If you booked a Magic Your Way Package direct then your souvenir luggage tags should be under the magicbands. Also by direct that is online through the regular website or through the regular booking number. If you booked with a group, club, school, discount website, or even runDisney the bands are no longer included. I thought runDisney was direct but found out the sports bookings are considered special events bookings so don't qualify for the same "gifts".

I almost literally tore the box apart and couldn't find them. We booked the resort first (with CM discount) and bought tickets afterwards....maybe we don't get them since it's not an actual package?

CM discount don't get them. It is considered a room only reservation.

DME tags come separate from Magic Bands. I think our luggage tags came with our DME tags.

Yeppers. Booking a room only and then buying tickets doesn't equal a package.

I was wondering why we didn't get luggage tags too! Didn't book with CM discount (I wish!) but the reservation is room only. Thanks for the info!
