Got our docs today-anyone know where unit 107A is at SS? first payment higher?

We gave our deposit on sunday, and by today, we received all our docs via fed-x!

that was fast! Also got a very nice tote back to go with it!

got it all signed and ready for pick up tomorrow.

it says we own 0.3503% in SS resort unit 107A for 160 points. Anyone know what unit that is? i didnt think they were numbered like that there.

also, first payment due may 15, but the 1st one is higher? why? interest on the loan? normally about 170/month, first one is 268 or so.

Also the portion of unit you own , I believe is a group of rooms . Not specifically a room # . At least thats what I thought it was.
