Got neat ear warmers at Kohls today for WDW

This is our first Christmas at WDW, but we've visited mid-January 2 times. It got very cold both those times in Jan. This Christmas we're going prepared! I got the neatest type of earmuffs today for the whole family. They were at Kohls and are called "Ear Grips". They kind of wrap around the back of the head and look like ear phones, but are fleece-like ear muffs and really hug your ears. They aren't furry or silly looking like some ear muffs. My husband and 2 teens even liked them! My husband got black, I got Navy, the 2 teens got lavendar, light blue, and we also got an extra pair of black and another pair of tan. Kohls had a sale today, buy 1, get another free.
They will even fold up tight enough to fit nicely in a jacket pocket, and are completely bendable and seem unbreakable. Can you tell I love them?
We also got a large assortment of those little stretch Magic Gloves for 75 cents at Target in all kinds of colors. We will be ready for any cold weather, but I'm also hopeful and packing several pairs of shorts! Probably wishful thinking, but WDW is where You Wish Upon A Star!
We will be there soon on Dec. 17th!! Yeah!!!

Have a Very Magical Christmas! I did not realize that during the fall/winter season Florida could get cold and one may need to pack warmer clothes. I read on another thread similar information. I was surprised. My sister and I would like to go in December of 2006 so I have enjoyed reading the posts on what to bring to wear during that time of year. So far there has been some very helpful information posted and I have not even had to start a thread on it.

I got the Ear Grips at Kohl's 2 years ago & they are great! I got the regular ones. A friend of mine got the ones with the headset built in. They've taken quite a beating the past 2 winters & they're still in good shape. Well worth the $7.50 I spent on them!

Thanks Robyn for letting me know they are durable. 2 yrs. is a good amount of time for anything to last around our house! They seem to be quite comfy too. I am packing little by little each night and mentally already there! OOOh, getting so excited!
The sign at Kohl's for the ear grippers said, I think, $25 on sale for $15. Then if I bought one, I got another free, plus we had a 15% off coupon, which made them $6.75 a piece! So we bought 6. These guys kind of look like they've got their Ear Grips on.
The sign also said there were Ear Phones, but they were all gone, so didn't get to see what they looked like.
Montana Minnie, glad to see you are getting a head start on planning!
