Got my room, BCV, thanks!

I just booked a last-minute trip to Disneyworld for me and my two children. We're flying on the cheap ($106 each due to crazy fare sale), and would like to get a studio if anyone has any last minute points expiring. I understand the going rate is $8 or $9 for points with only a month or two left.

I am not a DVC member, so you will need to make the reservation for me, if it is not too late. If you can get me a reservation, I'll pay $9 a point. My room preference is as follows:

First choice: Boardwalk, standard studio
Second Choice: Beachclub studio
Third Choice: Boardwalk view studio
Fourth Choice: Wilderness Lodge studio
Fifth Choice: SSR studio.
