Got my Ressie Confirmation - Have some ??s

I just received my confirmation for my Dec. trip and noticed that first the number of children are wrong and second my building and location requests are not noted on it. Should I call and ask about these things?
 
Building and Location requests are never noted on your reservation. The only things you will normally see under comments is a first floor request or non smoking request. I would call them about the number of children being wrong though. As long as you are under the amount that you can have in your room then it should be okay even if you dont change it. LOL Im picky though when they had the wrong number of people on my ressie I called and changed it even though it really didnt make any difference roomwise because we were still under the number allowed in that particular type of room.
 
I also have a question. My reservations are for YC concierge lagoon view. The confirmation does not say anything about concierge on it. Is that normal? The total amount I owe is correct on the confirmation.

I just received by confirmation notice for our December stay at the Polynesian and it does specify Conceirge and the view I have requested, you might want to call an verify that it is a Conceirge room and not just a standard room.
 

I just pulled out my reservation and all of my requests are on there, including building request. It says, "wants boca chica bld was told not gtd." So they did put the building request as well as that this is not a guarante on mine. I would call just to make sure.
 
Concierge has never been "written" on our confirmations, just the type of view. If you want you can call and confirm that you have concierge. We haven't had a problem yet, knock on wood.

Thanks! I just call CRO and they said I was booked for concierge. I told her that my confirmation sheet said nothing about that, but she thought that was OK. Luckily, I was able to push the issue and say, "Other people who have concierge booked haved it stated on their confirmation." She put me on hold for about five minutes to check with someone else, came back, and said, "Yes, it should say concierge on your confirmation sheet. If yours doesn't, we will send you a new one."

There might not have been any problem since it was correct in their system, but I always like to have those things in writing just so there is no confusion at check-in.

Thanks for your information, too. I guess it never hurts to just call and check. Judi, it sounds like you're experienced in this. This is our first time to book concierge. We did upgrade to concierge for $35.00 a night at WL over our Fourth of July trip, but we did that at check-in.

I'm excited to have it booked ahead of time. I'm hoping concierge will help me with some of my PS requests.

Not a problem. Once you have done concierge it's hard to go back to a regular room. We have YC concierge again this December and can't wait and just got back from Polynesian concierge a couple of weeks ago. Enjoy.
 
My confirmation didn't state concierge. But I have received the concierge questionaire and have sent it back. Should I be concerned?
 
Mouseketeerwannabe,we will be at the WL Dec 17 & 18 and then moving to YC concierge Dec 19-22. It's to bad we will miss seeing you there. We will be back in Feb but not sure of those dates yet.
