Got my Elf on a Shelf today...not a REAL one.

Was in Target today and saw an adorable elf. He was $3.99 and sort of looks like the head elf from Rudolph the Red Nosed Raindeer.....not herbie the Big Boss. Whoooo can't wait for him to come on Dec 1st.

I just bought one recently and this is the first year the elf is visiting and I can't wait to get started.

DD is 15 and we still have Prancer arrive every Thanksgiving!

Prancer is the stuffed Reindeer they sold at the Hallmark stores several years back - his real name is Comet but we named him Prancer instead.

He flies in every Thanksgiving and gets himself tangled up somewhere. He flies around at night while we're sleeping and we usually find him "stuck" somewhere (like his bottom sticking out from the dresser drawer) or in the fridge hugging the milk.

It's so much fun doing these things, isn't it?

I found him in the back with the Christmas bagged candy. He was $3.99...I wish I could figure out how to put a photo here!!!

Can't wait till Jingles gets here. That is his name. I got him at CVS 2 years ago. He's great and has velcro on his arms helps when he gets stuck on the ceiling fans! I saw similar ones in Oriental Trading if anyone is looking. They had girl ones as well.
