Got my dues statement--was shocked (positively)!

Got our dues statement for our OKW and BCV ownership (June use year). Because of the way that the BCV dues were prorated this first year, the total increase of our 2003 dues over the dues we have paid the last several months is a whopping total of ONE CENT per month! Even with no raise at work this year, I think I will be able to reallocate my budget to come up with the one cent dues increase.

Ours actually went DOWN $46 per month. I think it has to do with the timing of when we bought, the proratin etc. I'm relly excited I didn't expect it to go down! We own at WLV and BCV.

Me too ! Our total dues for OKW, HH and BCV( because of what we had been paying in estimated taxes) went up less than a dollar a month !!

We're up about $3....BWV and VWL. But despite the no raise thing...higher insurance costs etc...I think we'll manage. Luckily we have student loans that seem to have a lower rate every year to offset some of this...and they'll be paid off in 3 more years, I think.

One way I'm looking at it is that last year our dues went down about $2 a month....so they're only $1 per month higher than when we joined.
