Got my DDE card today

Whew! I was getting nervous. We leave in 11 days. I'm so glad it came and I don't have to deal with any hassles.

When did you order it? I ordered mine May 27, and I do have a letter, but the letter expires July 13. We will be at WDW July 17. I might call and see if they will send me a new letter, before we go, so that I'll at least have the letter the first day.

I got mine today too--we ordered on May 4. Have to wait until August to use it!

I just got mine yesterday. We ordered it mid May. I had forgotten about it to be honest with you. Having it in hand, makes me even more anxious to go. In just three weeks we will using the card at Concourse Steakhouse, the night we arrive.

I think I ordered it the end of May. The letter was good until June 24th and my expiration date is June 30. HTH.

How did you get your card? We're passholders and want to get one. How'd you go about getting yours?

I called DIsney dining and they transferred me to DDE. I just had to give my passholder humber and a credit card. It was $50 and you get 20% off almost everything! Even alcoholic drinks are included.

I ordered by DDE card May 4 and received it on June 17. It took 6 weeks!

CC charged on May 2nd
Received the card on June 17th.
So... 7.5 weeks from order.
7 weeks from CC charged.

So, is the letter only good for one month? I called and ordered DDE card today. She asked when we'd be leaving - I told her we'd be at WDW on July 8th. She took the order and said a letter woud go out in the mail today.

we have annual pass vouchers that we have to activate . Can we order the dde card before we activate the passes we arrive aug 10th.

Got mine today too. I was so surprised by it as it came in about 5 weeks!! WOOHOO. Happy to not be walking around with a letter because DH is so not a coupon person.(thank goodness he married one!) It is almost time to go

Yes you just call and give them the number on your unactivated pass-

For those of you with the letter and no card for your trip, we just returned and used the letter and had no problems at all. All the servers were totally fine with it, make sure you bring a picture ID with you they will ask for it every time you use your letter.
