Should I assume I closed?????
I signed the beginning of April, and they were going to hit up my Disney Visa for the balance on the 22nd, I did receive some papers back from Disney last week ( my copy of the settlement statement) and then this week a fed ex'd cruise voucher.....

No, I know we received our cruise voucher and as far as I can tell we still haven't closed. We signed about the beginning of April as well.

The only thing that "closing" really signifies is that DVC has sent your deed to the real estate records to be recorded. Once your 10 day recision period is passed, if you have completed your obligations under the contract (down payment, sent in cancelled check, etc.) DVC can "close" your contract at any time. My guess is that DVC probably sent in your deed to be recorded the same day they mailed the cruise voucher to you and, if that's the case, in DVC's eyes, your contract has been closed. Either way, enjoy your cruise!! :cloud9:
