got my confirmation number...now what?

I'm new to making ADRs. We are going july 16-23 for our honeymoon and are only doing a few TS, mostlt CS to maximize time in parks. We are staying at CBR-do we qualify for the 180+10? If so, is there anyway to calculate when we can make our ADRs besides physically counting?
Also, I THINK I have our confirmation number. The TA at AAA highlighted it at the top of our invoice. Is it 10ish letters/numbers?
Why do we need to link a credit card to ADRs?

certain restaurants now link a credit card to ADR's because if you cancel within (i think) 24 hours they will charge you $10 per person on the reservation. this is a new program that Disney is trying now, so I really don't know the details. perhaps someone else can post to this issue. if you look through the wdwinfo.com website i'm sure it has details about this.

Yes, you qualify for the 180 + 10.

As to your confirmation # on your paperwork from AAA - I'm not sure whether AAA has their own numbers or they just give you the Disney #.

They are about 10 digit numbers from Disney, but I have no idea what AAA's might look like.

Your AAA agent can (should) also make your ADRs for you, if you want.
