I was 6GTY today I got assigned cabin 5130...is that an upgrade?

No. It will not be considered an upgrade until 2011. It is still a 6. It will be a 5C next year. sorry! HAVE A GREAT CRUISE!!!

Whenever DCL gets around to it. There's no set time, although a lot of folks report getting them around 45 days before the cruise.
