Someone posted on here the other day about calling and the CM would not do the 180 days plus 10 for them. I had this happen to me this morning. She told me there had been some confusion about things and she had gotten a memo that said not to do 180 days plus 10 anymore. So she told me I would have to call back each day 180 days out. I asked, "so you aren't doing 180 plus anymore?" and she said no. I told her that I knew someone who called yesterday and got 180 days plus 10 and she told me then that CM did not get the memo.
So, I called back immediately. And I got a CM (after holding way longer than the first time) who did all of my ADRs. Thank goodness!!
So, if this happens, call back. I am so glad I did.
