Got ding changed from PVD $69 to BDL $55

I got a travel fund for $14 each. This will be my first time flying SW and it was my first time taking advantage of ding. It was a bit nerve racking but I did it. I almost chickened out because i was afraid i was going to mess it up so PLEASE if anyone else out there is afraid, please ask and I (or someone else, i'm sure) would be glad to help.

By the way, it is snowing here in connecticut right now. Coming down at a pretty good clip too.

I lost my DING icon on my toolbar. Dang! Anywooo...snowing here in Warwick, RI, too! Crazy weather, huh?!

Congrats. on the successful change from another CT traveler.

Funny, CT is a small state, but where we are (Central CT) it is very sunny and breezy, but not a flake in the sky. We've only had 2 snow days and the ground is bare of snow. In fact, it's been bare of snow most all of the winter.
