Got cancellation notice for SDMT on 11/14??

Just got an email from Disney that our 11/14 SDMT was cancelled? What is doing on that they cancelled it? I'm not one to complain, but this kinda sucks since I only scheduled 'one' ride on SDMT during our trip--and now I can't find replacement FP now that this was cancelled.

Did they give you an anytime any ride as a replacement?

Yes, I got a choice of several rides, BUT I only schedule SDMT one time during our trip, and this just happens to be the one they cancelled. Just having a tough time trying to get a FP for this ride on the other days we are at MK this late before our trip
 
UPDATE PLEASE READ---Just got off the phone with Disney CM, and they said that the system has been cancelling various FP's on its 'own', and this was a case of that. They said it will be added back (I just checked by MDE Page, and it has in fact been added back), but I am now concerned that this may happen again. Not sure if they would have added it back if I didn't call?

Please make sure you are checking FP's for any upcoming trip so this doesn't happen to you!

Did they change the hours that night from a 9pm close to a 10pm close? I had a similar cancelation of SDMT on 11/7, when my originally 8:30-9:00 fastpass was cancelled (and I also had to scramble but was able to move stuff around and make it work). But I assumed it was because the park hours moved from 9pm close to 10 pm close, and so that last-hour fast pass needed to be updated because of the new closing time. Maybe that is what happened to you. But still - you’d expect they wouldn’t just cancel ur fastpass and make you start over. I would have expected they would instead just change my fast pass window to reflect the extended hours (instead of the window being 8:30-9:00 it would become 8:30-9:30). I guess that’s something to be on the lookout for in the future.

Thank you for the update! So glad it was added back. I’m going to be keeping an eye on ours. Taking screen shots of what we have now too!
