When it rains it pours....

DH & I have been visiting the world several times a year for the last 5 years. This year is the first time we've ever received a postcard rate with the PIN number listed. We used it to plan our upcoming September trip ($79 per night for the moderates).

Just today, we received another one! offering $49 for the values and $79 (again) for the moderates. This one is good up until 12/19/04.

I'm thrilled as this gives us a good opportunity for a Christmas visit, but it just seems odd that we've received 2 postcards in 2 months (after not ever receiving anything like this for the past 5 years).

Anyone else get another one?

I received an e-mail with the same info as the post card. I called right away and booked. A few of the hotels were actually sold out of the rate already! I finally got the Pop Century for $49 per night. Not my first choice, but it is cheap enough!
I also got a great rate with Continental Airlines: $115.00 ROUNDTRIP from Newark, NJ to Orlando in December!!!

Now I am thinking of going for Halloween too!!

Bob :earsboy:

I am so jealous! :faint: I haven't seen hide nor hair of a discount of any kind for me! :worried: :sad1: :sad2: :badpc:

Does that make sense that some are receiving multiple email and mail postcards and some of us dont get any??

We got the same rate on Continental in December. It was way too good to pass up! ::yes::

I'm curious ........... is it just a postcard listing "your" pin number? Or a special number WDW has assigned to you?

Thanks.

twostep,

In addition to listing the offered rates, the postcard states: PIN number in yellow box is required to book this offer.

The fine print also states that the offer is nontransferable.

The "I got a postcard" thread was depressing. Now we've got a "I got ANOTHER postcard" thread. This is just painful.
