Got a ressie for next week...only 5 days out!!!

Thanks to the most wonderful lady at Member Services, we got our 2night ressie at VWL! We were on the waitlist for a studio 12/10-12/12 and nothing came up. I tried calling day for day and nothing....until yesterday! She was so awesome and spent a long time with me on the phone checking everything and then called the resorts for me to check. She said sometimes the computers will or will not show availability, but she liked to call the resorts.....I told her a studio anywhere was fine! She put me on hold and when she returned told me we had a ressie for a studio at VWL! We are so excited. Just wanted to share our great MS experience!! And to tell people to not give up and keep calling.....

I wanted a 1-BR at VWL for Dec 10th - 13th.. However December is hardest to get.. and it was 2- weeks prior to the ressie. I was on a wait list for less than a week and BINGO got it So you just never know! Thanks for sharing Everyone!

I am with you! I just called yesterday on a whim to see if I could get a studio anywhere.. for Dec. 21 and the 22, I had to borrow and the agent started talking really fast and said "Let's see if we can get this done!" She was so nice. I got a Studio at OKW!

But the bad news was I was supposed to be on the waitlist for Jan 1 to the 6th, and that was not there. I had thought it was automatically extended past the 31 day mark, but that was not the case. I really only needed the 5th, and she found that for me but I really wanted those extra days.

It is nice when you get someone who is genuinely interested in helping you and doing thier job!
