Got a PIN today in snail mail....

Got a mailer today from Disney Destinations LLC ....it looks like a giant board game on the outside, when I opened it the promotion is 10% off May 1-31, 2011. It says thanks for my recent visit. I've never received this small of a discount offer. It doesn't seem like 10% would even cover the tax. I guess business is good for WDW resorts.

Wow..that is really insulting. A real big thank you for your visit!! The GP code is 20% for that time period. I agree, never seen a discount for that small of an amount. Disney said they were going to cut down on the discounts. Guess this is proof!

Back a while ago there was an announcement that said Disney was scaling back on all the discounts that we were used to. It seems like at least in part they are following through with that. I Do agree they should have some sort of loyalty reward program for visitors. I hope for discounts when we go and have always gotten some sort of discount but I wouldn't be shocked if they do scale back on what they have been offering.

I got that 10% PIN too and deleted the email about 5 minutes after I received it. I decided to stay at the Dolphin.
