Got a pin, only available at CSR during our dates

It was for FREE Park Hopper Option and Water Park Fun & More Option ticket upgrades. We are going April 21-28 & are staying at CBR. Our total would have been $200 less (which I really dont understand since it was supposed to be for a free upgrade), but DH doesn't want to change resorts, he said if it would have been a bigger discount we would switch. At first I was told it was for room only, I read the email to the COR 3 times & emphasized the word PACKAGE about a million times & asked if I needed to fax the email. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I might try again later to see if anyone will apply the discount to CBR.

Just explore the resort, walk around at night, use the hammocks on the beach, try both restaurants, have a drink poolside with some nachos, have some tequilla at Francisco's, visit the store, use WDW's largest hot tub, and try the slide (at least once).
