Got a PIN Code and it's been DENIED!!

My DH got a PIN code this afternoon for 20%/30%/40% for select dates in 2010.
But, when we called they said I could use this code for 2009 dates

I'm sooo confused! I've never been this happy and so sad all at the same time! Has anyone experienced this problem!?

It was sent to my husband's email address, and not mine. It is in the correct name and our correct address. It clearly states in 2010. The CM said it might be a system glitch and to try it tomorrow.

Call back and talk to somebody else! I ran into a similar issue when I tried to use my 40%off pin. When I first called the CM insisted the code was for 30% off, not 40%. Even though my email cleary stated 40% off deluxes. I called back and sure enough, the next CM priced the resorts out at 40% off

I received the code in an email yesterday. About 3 hours after I opened the email I called to book our vacation and the CM said the same thing, it was only for 2009. After I read the email to her, she had to talk to a manager. It took 45 minutes to "find" the code. CM said that the email are sent, but not loaded into their system for awhile later. Don't give up!

They were able to resolve the issue over night and I was able to use the code today. It still took a while to figure it out, but the end results were favourable!

If you have the same problem, please be persistent. The CM did confirm that they were having a few problems with some of the PIN codes sent out by email!

Same thing happen to me yesterday, and I got a great CM who talked with a manager and said she would honor it. I was really only calling to get prices and not quite ready to book so I am hoping the glitches are taken care of by the time I am ready to actually use it!

I received the PIN code and they told me it was only for 2009 and that I shoulod call back tomorrow. ( that happened this morning)

I got a pin code too, and the cm told me my dates were blocked out, but then I read from the e-mail (was looking right at it) that the dates was not a blocked out time, then he told me he had to seach for the right code for those times. He was very nice but I'm not sure if he was trying to scam me out of the 40% I was already booked.
but happy ended I did get the 40% off AKL
