Got a great airfare for Spring Break 2005

I called Delta to inquire about using FF miles for our trip in April 2005. In our area of NY we are getting Spring Break during the week of Passover instead of Easter Week (April 16-23). I was told there were no flights available using miles for our dates, but when he checked for the lowest available fare $181.20 came up for nonstop flights at pretty decent times. I grabbed it immediately! This is almost $100 dollars less per person than I was getting on the Delta and Song websites. Just a heads up for anyone planning for April.

Now I hope I can get a discount for our room at HRH!

That's a great rate! I'm not having much luck here in Ohio for April yet.

Hopefully, when we get a little closer, the prices will come down.

Muntfab4...I see you are in Westchester, we are on Long Island and our Spring Break is April 23rd-30th. Maybe we all have different times this year, does anyone know what New York City and Brooklyn is?

Not sure what NYC is doing for spring break. Here in westchester,
many districts are taking the 16-23rd, but even that can vary depending on the district. There have been several articles in the local newspaper about how the school calendar for 2004-2005 has been difficult to plan.
