Google Maps

Does anyone else find that they can look at Google maps for hours without getting bored? Ok, maybe not hours, but it's still fun to look at

I was just looking up my aunt's house to see just how close she lives to Disneyland (it's only a couple of blocks away), and when I went to look at street view, our car was there! My mom, dad and I went on a road trip to California last summer (we live in TX) and we stopped by at their house for about 3 days so we could go to Disneyland. Apparently in that three day period we were there they went by and took the street view pictures. I thought it was pretty funny, but also kind of cool.

Any other cool things you've noticed while looking at Google Maps?

I love Google Earth, and i'm really annoyed I can't get it on the laptop or computer (I really need a new one) especially since they've added 3D models of Disneyland Paris. Well, I can use the street view of DLP anyway...

Last thing I checked was how far Foxbry Manor (where Michael Jackson would have lived for the duration of the concerts at the O2) was to me. Just over 5 minutes!

Reminds me, I wanted to look at something in WDW on Google Maps. Must do that now.

I saw the back part of the Fantasmic mountain. I always wondered what it looked like back there. =)

That would have been really cool if he could have been that close to you. My parents saw MJ in Disneyland back in the 70's or 80's. I think most famous people that live near me are George W. Bush and the Jonas Brothers

I love looking at WDW and DL. It's cool to see how big the buildings are that hold rides.

Google Earth maps are addicitng! I have Disney World like tabbed and saved on it. Looking at them is def a good way to hold over that Disney depression. haha

Well, they have a house in Westlake, TX, which is a suburb of Dallas, which is where I live. They've been seen shopping at the HUGE mall by my house many times.

I love Google Earth, looking at the Disney Parks on it are awesome!
Especially WDW and DLP, with the 3D enabled.

ive never thought of looking at disney on google maps. my friends and i would just pic some random place and see how long it would take us to walk there lol. we were bored in drafting class.
