Goofys Kithchen, Minnies Breaksfast and Disney Visa

Does anyone know if the 10% off your purchase if you use a Disney Visa card is good at either of these? I know it will work on purchases but didn't know if it worked for meals too.

The official Disney Visa website says you get 10% off at "select dining locations at the Disneyland resort". The current restaurants listed are:
Big Thunder Ranch
Rancho del Zocalo
Hungry Bear
Cocina Cucamonga

It also notes that at "select times" (does not define what these may be), you can get the discount at:
Goofy's Kitchen
Steakhouse 55
Disney's PCH Grill
Storyteller's Cafe

The restaurants you can get discounts at change periodically. The last time we used the Disney Visa for food discounts was several years ago, and the in-park restaurant list was mostly different at that time.

Also...last summer the list was the same as it was now, but we received the discount at Carnation Cafe twice and at the Wine Country Trattoria. It never hurts to ask!
