Is it more fun to do Goofy's Kitchen for breakfast or dinner? We'll be at DL with our 2.5yr old daughter, so character interaction is more important than food quality/selection.

We'll be at DL from Sept 13 - Sept 19, so during the weekdays during the off-season. We're thinking of doing character meals (Goofy's, Surf's Up) on Monday morning for breakfast and maybe Wednesday evening? If we did Goofy's for dinner on Wednesday, would the crowds be light enough that we'd get better character interaction? Or would there be fewer characters during that time?

Thanks in advance!

I think the number of characters is the same for breakfast or dinner now. You get one character near the entrance (often times Goofy), and then Chip, Dale, Minnie and Pluto inside the restaurant. Surf's Up has 5 characters too. The only place that has more characters is Minnie & Friends at the Plaza Inn.

I like both the Goofy's breakfast and dinner, but I am partial to breakfast. Plus, it's a tad bit cheaper than the dinner.

I don't think that there would necessarily be tons of people at Goofy's on a Wednesday in September. Monday morning might be busier. It's always busy, but probably not crazy.

Surf's Up can often times be downright quiet due to a lack of people, and the character interaction is great.

We've eaten breakfasts and dinners at Goofy's at various times of the year and have always had great character interactions!! The breakfast is a bit cheaper, and the food quality is the same at both, typical buffet fare, so the choice is yours as to which time you'd prefer! Enjoy!! It's always a fun time!!
