Hey fellow San Antonian! We used GAT for our vouchers and they had us in the computer at the Disney hotels and guest services. One word of advice, since you are not leaving until December, call GAT and make sure they have your travel dates in their system. We bought several vouchers at various times before our trip. Two sets of vouchers were lined up with our correct dates and they were printed with no problem. The other set of tickets (bought at a separate time) we expired. The CM at guest services said it happens sometimes. They called GAT and all was worked out and we got our vouchers. The GAT rep said that sometimes their computer sets the vouchers for pickup 10 days after purchase. After 10 days, they become expired but still accessible.
BTW, we were staying at Dessert Inn on our last trip. We arrived at the hotel after park hours (It was off season) We had an early PS at Storytellers- earlier than guest service was to open. The front desk at GCH were able to print these for us and we went into the restaurant!
