Goofy's Beach Party Character Buffet - Beach Club?

Ok, guess I found it. Disney has it listed as "Cape May Cafe" Character Breakfast!

Wonder if I can still fit this in somewhere... Wish I knew about it earlier!

We have done breakfast there twice..we LOVE it!!!

It is fabulous and in my opinion, one of the most overlooked character breakfasts on property. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The character interaction was fantastic...each character Minnie, Donald and Goofy in beach attire) came around twice both morning we were there and really had time to cut up with the kids. And the Beach Club is so beautiful and relaxing. It made for a very nice and relaxing meal. So I would do my best to fit it in your schedule.

I agree with PP. This seems to be a real hidden treasure!!! This is one of our favorite meals on property and we can't wait to go there in January.

We would love to try this character breakfast. Just trying to figure out the best way of getting there from the Polynesian without taking a taxi. We will need two carseats the next time we head down and we have noticed it was difficult to get a taxi with ONE carseat in February. :headache:

Take the Disney bus to Hollywood Studios. Then either walk or take the boat (you will probably want the boat with small children) to the Beach Club. Make sure you make a reservation for the time transportation will be running to DHS. If they have an extra magic morning there, buses will be running earlier.

If you have a park pass that allows you to enter the park just for transit purposes, you can travel to Epcot, but you will have to walk all the way through Epcot to get to the International Gateway exit.

Thanks! :thumbsup2 I thought about the boat from DHS, but wasn't sure about the travel time. The other thought I had was taking the monorail to the MK and a bus to the BC, but again wasn't sure which route would be the shortest and easiest with two little ones.

You could definitely do monorail to MK and bus to BC. You'd need to completely cross the MK plaza to the bus stops though. If you take the boat you will have to walk from the DHS bus stop to the boat dock and then from the BC/YC boat dock to the restaurant. Probaby an equal amount of walking either way, but without taking a cab you can't get away with minimal walking on this trip. There won't be a big difference in time between these two options.

Just wondering if the food is much different than Chef Mickeys? We always go to CM, but this sounds cute too. We really get sick of buffets at WDW, but it sounds like this is a good one to go to.
