Goofy Phone Booth LE

A friend brought this Goofy pin from her most recent trip. I know that it is supposed to light up, but how. There is not a switch, button, etc. There is a small piece of black tape over what looks like maybe a photocell type thing that would make it light up when you open the door to the phone booth. However, even after removing that, it still does not light up. What else do I need to know?

Removing the tape should do the trick. You may need a new battery. I know when we bought ours, we had to go through several of them to find one that worked.

Thanks, it does not work, so I guess I will try and replace the battery and then if that does not work, guess I will get the receipt back from my friend and return on my next trip down there. Thanks for the info.

When we were down there, I didn't buy the Goofy for that very reason. There were so many of them that just didn't work!! Hopefully a new battery will do the trick for you, or perhaps someone can exchange it for you if they still have them on the shelves, which they probably still do.
