What's going to be in my goodie bag?? Plus what do the shirts look like that we get?? Anyone have pictures from their past runs?

Generally a small cliff bar, sharpie pen, race product brochures, most years have bio-freeze though not the last couple. From there is just varies from year to year. It really depends on the sponsors for the race.

The shirts since 06 have gotten stuck with the same basic design. The race logo found on the web site on a tech long sleeved shirt.

A couple of things I would add on:

-- Don't forget that your goodie bag "bag" is what you'll need in to put all your items in to check at the start... so don't throw it away :)

-- One thing I would check to make sure is included: safety pins. Most years they have included them in the bags, but last year they had them sitting out on the tables. Some of the volunteers were really good about pointing them out, while others weren't. If they are sitting out for you to take, TAKE EXTRA! Those suckers disappear in a flash. :rotfl: (Or that could just be me....)

good catch on the bag use!

The bag should also have a zip tie in it to tie the pull off bag tag (pull off from bib) onto the bag for checking.

It's obvious now but do not zip the zip tie up before putting your stuff in the bag :upsidedow From the world of personal experience

One other thing we get this year, according to the Disney endurance website is a disposable camera.

I haven't used a disposible camera in SO many years. I know it seems like a good idea because people might want to take it with them during the run but how is the quality of disposible cameras these days? I used my camera phone last year and that was find for me since I carry my phone with me anyway. I think Disney could have saved the money on the disposible cameras but that is my opinion,

Hmmm

ya think Kodak is pushing for a few favors during sponsorship negotiations?
