I blister easily, as many of you do, from all the walking @ WDW

Sandals/FlipFlops have never even been an option... my skin just rubs right off it seems :( I am gearing up to a 10 day trip and in the market for some athletic, sturdy, walking sandals.... do they really exist?!

Let me know if you have any recommendations. Have you tried FitFlop Walkstar, Reebok EasyTone? Will these just make me more sore cause their "toning", or do they really offer support?

Thanks, in advance, for your help

Walked all over the world last year in my Chacko sandals. They adjust to fit tight and not go all floppy. I really like them. Though I did have to rotate with another pair of shoes (Keen Newport) b/c of needing to air them out:laughing: Good luck!

Hi , My friend has a pair of reebok easy tones and she has feet that blister easy too!. She wears them all the time round the house and dosent give her any so i think you would be ok with them. They also get you fitter while you walk so you cant go wrong! :)
Nice thred btw...

have you tried Crocs? :hippie: they are great for walking and don't cause me blisters although I wear socks with them! Tacky but comfortable.:lmao:

I'm a big Crocs devotee, but I can say that I did wear them to WDW after I bought my first pair a few years ago, and they were wonderful. There are styles that aren't the big chunky kind too.

I LOVE my Teva Pretty Rugged leather sandals. They are the only shoes that work for me when walking the World. I've tried wearing my regular Teva Pretty Rugged sandals and even sneakers, but I end up with blisters or sore feet when I wear those so I just stick with the Leather Pretty Ruggeds.

I LOVE my keen sandals, have owned a couple pairs over the last 4 yrs .they do not wear out I just wanted a new color, don't get blisters and my feet feel great at the end of the day! I also owned a pair of mephistos that I LOVED but they were $250 the Keens are way more affordable!

have to agree with Crocs, as I tried a few different shoes this past trip. the Crocs won! Not pretty, but what can you do?

Have not yet worn them to the World yet, but I recently bought a pair of keens to wear in before we go, and I LOVE them!!! Most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. My husband heard me raving so much about them, that he went out "just to try some on" and ended up buying them!

I have a pair of Rocket Dog and Reef sandals that I wore on our last trip to WDW. So comfortable! I was wearing them rather than my sneakers! The Reef sandals I have are now discontinued but the rocket dogs sandals are the sunset eva thong. Ive never had a problem with them at all!

I have worn my Ecco's at WDW, DL, London, Paris, etc - walked for miles a day. No blisters, no pain. I love them!

For early December's trip, can we wear crocs? Is it cold in Dec.? Thanks,

We went last December and were wearing Sandals... Im sure crocs would be fine. It's quite a bit colder in the evenings, we still had our sandals on but we are used to the cold.
