Good time for dinner ressies at Akershus (princess dining at Epcot)

I am trying to make ressies for the princess dining at Akershus. What is a good time to eat there? Is this restaurant at a good location to watch the evening fireworks? I was thinking of trying to get ressies before the fireworks, so we can walk outside and catch the fireworks.

Any Suggestions?

You could just walk outside but you will have to walk out and across the walkway. There is also a large soda/snack cart and lots of plants. You will also be at a side angle of the show. We ate dinner at 4:30. It was our travel day. Plain got in at 12:00. Took a cab and stopped at grocery store and checked into ASMos and made it to EPCOT by 1:30. We grabbed a snack, rode the Maelstrom 3 times as it was closing that next day, Rio del Tiempo twice and saw the China show and got a Fast Track FP before our 4:30 ressies. We had a window but really couldn't see anything. Hope this helps. Have a great trip!
