Good "take a break" attractions in each park?

Epcot if you get to the American pavilion early enough before Voices of Liberty you can get one of the few benches inside and have a non ground seat for it. The theater in the pavilion also has seats for the American adventure. You can ride Nemo which usually has a low wait. The aquarium outside Nemo has some bench type seating also.

That theater currently shows "Vacation Fun" A package of the newer Mickey shorts with some original wraparounds. It does feature the classic Potatoland episode.

Awesome Planet in The Land pavilion would also fit the bill here for Epcot.

Awesome Planet is pretty underrated, and if you want a really, really chill location with almost nobody in it, that's the place. The theater is so retro too - a vestige of "old Epcot" hanging around.

For anyone who's planning on using the new Little Mermaid show at DHS for their break from the heat, take warning. You can get in line for this (an outdoor line) and can end up being in line not for the upcoming show, but for the one after that. That happened to us and we didn't want to wait 40 minutes for the next show, so we left and returned another day to see it.

For HW Studios, it used to be the room upstairs in Pizzarizzo...I hope they keep that when it becomes Monsters. For Epcot, definitely the Land pavilion. Dining, boat ride, Awesome Planet movie, and then the Aquarium in the next pavilion over. But my kid loves the Pixar movie shorts, too ... definitely reminding myself why Epcot remains my favorite "busy day" park. I can always have a good day there. There are plenty of little AC areas in various countries (China, Japan, Morrocco) with interesting displays, but I can't remember if there is anyplace to sit.

People who suggested QS locations, I remember going into Restarauntasaurus one time around 3:00, when there was virtually no one there. I ordered a cold drink (just cause I didn't want to sit empty-handed), found a location in a little nook where there was no one, super quiet, and sat, sipping my soda for close to an hour. Depending on the time, QS places can be a great option.

Launch Bay at Studios is good while it’s still open. I like the Frozen Sing A Long. The Walt Disney exhibit is also good for A/C break plus there’s a movie preview clip for some seating.

Epcot- the Land pavilion, Seas w Nemo, Show in America. I did the film in Canada last week- you have to stand but there are bars that you can lean against.

MK - hall of Presidents, Bears, CoP, Philarmagic, People Mover.

AK - The train to Rafiki Planet watch- petting zoo, animation classes.

In case you didn't know, you can take a round trip ride on the train. I've done it several times. On a recent trip, we boarded the train in Harambe, fully planning to go to Rafili's Planet Watch. By the time we got there, we'd decided that some lunch and then a rest back at the resort sounded like a much better idea, so back we went.
