Good Morning ... even if the weather does look nasty and I have a killer headache from my sinuses.

Being lazy today, because I have to start the slow smoke on a whole shoulder tomorrow to have it ready for the family reunion on the 4th. With our weather, I'll probably have to set up the smoker on the covered patio ...

Terrible Sinus headache here too. We have had so much rain/dampness this summer here in Maine. A nice day on the 4th would be much appriciated.

Take a BC Powder and come back strong! They actually do work better than most other headache meds for me.

Morning! Just waiting to see if it will clear up here to take my puppy on a walk. Okay, he's 4 but still my puppy! I had to give him a 1/2 Ace last night because of the fireworks in the neighborhood so I don't think he's feeling up to a walk right now anyway! Maybe I'll get dressed and go shopping. I need an outfit for my Victoria and Alberts dinner next month!

Maybe they don't have them there? Goody's Powder is sort of like a BC. Basically, powdered asprin (and maybe some additional active ingredient). They work MUCH faster than tablets or liquids, I've found. Wash it down with the caffinated beverage of choice and BINGO! Headache's gone in a very short time.
