Good Steak dinners?

I love this thread, since we hope to move there soon (as soon as we can sell out townhouse in Illinois for a decent amount.... sigh) since we always stay onsite, we are just beginning to learn about the surrounding area. Is it off topic to ask about any good (reasonable) chinese restaurants in the area? we never ate at Nine dragons, only because we felt it was silly spending that money when we can get the same dinner in our home town for much less. correct me if I'm wrong. thanks, guys
