Good spot to rest in Animal Kingdom?

Looking for a good spot near the safari/train station that we could sit down for awhile, eat a packed lunch etc? Or, good quick service food spots?

I'd like to know that myself because we sure couldn't find one. Seating seems to sorely lacking there and where there is it seems heavily geared to outside. Part of the reason I really am not a fan of AK outside of kilamanjaro safari.

I know there are few spots down near the water on the walkway between Africa and Asia. Also, there is a seating area near Tusker House entrance, though it's not air conditioned. Flame Tree BBQ is currently closed for refurbishment, but some of the seating area is still open. I also believe that in behind Tamu Tamu there is a seating area.

If you don't ned air conditioning, there's a great spot just outside safari .... If you walk toward the path that would take you to Asia .... There are restrooms on the left, past that is a doorway that leads to the seating for that quick serve spot. I haven't been in there during the height of lunch time, but at other times I've gone in there and there's been plenty of peaceful, pretty seating to rest up and have a snack.

The pavilions over by Flame Tree BBQ are a great place to sit, eat and unwind. Not too far from Kali but across the park from Lion King.

This past Christmas, we found a some of tables right behind the snack cart just outside safari. Not sure if the tables are there year round and there were only 3 or 4 with stools around them. Would recommend the eating areas around Flametree as those are more relaxing being away from the hustle and bustle.
