Good Spaghetti restaurant

sometime ago there was a post regarding a good and cheap place to eat spaghetti? Does anyone remember it or maybe you have went there and had the spaghetti, it was like 4.99 or 5.99 something like that for all u can eat style....

anybody got any ideas or suggestions??
