Good souveiners to bring back?

Hi All.....

I am starting to remind myself that I must not go Disney mad and spend all our money in the first few days!!!

Anyway - I am planning to get some holiday clothes from the malls, DCL towels! and I know this sounds daft....but I love picking up themed playing cards from our holidays! Do they do Mickey shaped cards???

I buy a bauble for the Christmas tree with the year on it. They cost about $12, although I've discovere that beingavailable year 'round means that come December most shops only had 2005 on them! THe Xmas shop in MK had just 6 2004 ones left & the shop in MGM told me they had sold out of 2004 back in August, although they could personalize one for the extra$$$.

We to go mad in the Christmas shop at Downtown Disney. We buy tree decorations for both ours & my families trees. Its great opening them in December when you cant quite remember what you had bought all those months before.

I also like buying christmas decorations from DTD, but hubby always moans about it as it is so far away and come christmas he wished he bought more. Luckily this yr we are going away in October, so its not too far to wait.

I like buying cups, glasses, crystal, china mickey and minnie. I bought a lovely pair of china Mickey and Minnie in their wedding outfits. They look lovely. Everyone comments on them.

I am not sure if they do mickey shape playing cards, but I saw normal disney themed playing cards.

I am so excited to go, its only January.....

This will be out first ever holiday abroad and plan on hitting the world showcase and picking up the items you mentioned.....hehehehe...I can then kid my self that I have been to Mexico.....etc

Boy......I am really going to have to control my spending!
