Good Shows To See In Pigeon Forge, Tn

Would love to hear from all who can recommend a show to see in Pigeon Forge, ? Dollys Stampead, singing, comedy, ect. Also what shows to avoid would be helpful. me, DH, and 2 daughters 12, 14.

Haven't been but I was told the Dixie Stampede was fun. Also not sure if the Alabama Grille is still open(haven't been in 10yrs) but we enjoyed our lunch here. The wait staff get up on the stage and do a little country dance and its a fun palce to eat. Susan

I highly recommned the 'Dixie Stampede' Dinner and Show as it is a most exciting and fun show. Four course dinner while being entertained by singers, dancers, and amazing horses. Any age will enjoy!

I also recommend Dixie Stampede, a little expensive but well worth it. Comedy Barn is really funny. It is a 2 hour show, but unlike Dixie does not serve a meal. This was our favorite show there, for my children and us alike. They say the bears jamboree breakfast is really good also. We didnt have time to d this one though. Have fun. We love the Smokies!!!

We just returned from there four days ago. Hubby and I love Dixie Stampede, Comedy Barn, and Ole Smokey Hoedown. When we have DD15 with us, she really enjoys the Black Bear Jamboree. While there this time, we went to the new show at the Miracle Theater. It was a very nice show, however, we were kind of disappointed. We won't be taking DD15 to it when we return in July.

When we return in July, we'll be spending most of our time at Dolly's Splash Country and Dollywood.

For anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay.....I HIGHLY recommend Sherwood Forest Resort!!! The cabins are SPECTACULAR!!!!

We did the Dixie Stampede and the Country Bear Jamboree. Our girls 9 and 10 loved them both. I really enjoyed the singing and dancing of the Country Bear Jamboree. My DH preferred the Dixie Stampede. (I preferred the animals over the music at the Dixie stampede) We are glad we were able to see both shows. The girls really enjoyed it all.
