Good resume site?

My job was unfortunately eliminated almost 3 weeks ago. I am just now ready to start looking for another position. I found one that I am extremely interested in applying for, but I need to redo my resume before I can do anything. Does anybody know of any good resume web sites that can help point me in the right direction?

I redid my resume as well and did get many more interviews after it was re-done. What I did was to look for people who make resumes for a living and I looked at their 'examples' of resumes they had redone for people. The examples really helped me see and think of ways I could change my own resume to be better and also gave me some examples of better adjectives. I also styled mine similarly to the way they styled the redone resumes. If you are at ease with MS Word I think it could be easily redone yourself without having to pay someone else to do it.

I don't know what line of work you are in. I am in education and am a teacher so I found a person who specialized in redoing education related resumes and read her examples. Of course I didn't copy anything from there but it just gave me some good ideas and I put my own achievements in and so forth.

DH hasn't lost his job but is looking for something that doesn't take him out of town so much. So we've been working on putting his resume together. To get a staring point, we've been using this site....

Thanks for posting those two links! I am another who needs to update a resume. I did it myself but I have a feeling that I am going to need to get one professionally done as I have only had one job for 21 years. While that speaks volumes, it appears that I can only do one job (that I am actually not looking to do any longer). I would like to accent more of my administrative skills.
