Good Quesedillas in Orlando

We had a connectin flight in Chicago last year and I ate the best chicken Quesadilla of my life.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend somewhere good for Quesadillas in Orlando or even further a field, just not as far as Chicago Airport!

I had an awesome chicken quesadilla at Chillis at Miami airport last summer. There are a few Chilli's restaurants in Orlando.
