Good quality woman's raincoat

Ok, I'm getting ready to go to my first High School football game in 20 years. It's pouring outside. I will be wearing my old torn up raincoat.

I need a good quality raincoat. Any suggestions? This is definitely a frugal question. Since I want a quality coat that doesn't cost a fortune.

LL Bean has a long one (Train Model) for $69. Anyone have one?

Just a suggestion...if you only want something for sitting at a football game, I'd suggest a "higher-quality" poncho. It will keep you covered head to toe while you are sitting and you can wear whatever weight of jacket you want underneath to keep you warm. My husband snagged some of the old safety guard ponchos from his school and uses these when he sits in the stands. Not pretty or stylish (his are flourescent yellow and say "safety guard" on the back) but they definitely do the job. You can buy a nicer poncho a sports/camping store.
