WooHoo....Just booked 7 seats with United flying from Halifax NS to MCO in Nov this year....got a rate of 409.75 (canadian) each. that's the best airfare I got in a loooonnnnggg time:cool1:

Great find! I'd love to hear how you found the flight. I'm assuming it's through Washington?

We were booking for my wife to go down in September. AC had some GREAT rates through Montreal ($398.xx all in), but they only had one ticket at that price.. so her friend got it and when my wife went to book it was $580. We let it cool for a few days and today it was down to $460.xx, so we grabbed it. Anything around $400 is AWESOME. Around $500 is GOOD. Around $600 is iffy and $700 is try another date.

We just kept checking every day on the internet at all the different sites, until it sounded real good ....and then took the plunge. We also check out a site called redtag.ca. A taxi drive told us about this site when we where coming back from our last trip. That trip we paid over 1000 each (thank God hubby had a conference at the same time in Orlando;) It was over March break and he was telling us how his family of 4 where going to Orlando for 1200 in May.....so we figured a taxi driver at the airport would have the scoop.:rotfl:

That's a great price from Halifax...congrats!
And no clearing customs in TO??

Ya we pre clear in Halifax....onto Washington and then MCO
on the way back it's thru Chicago
We say goodby to the bags in Halifax and Hello to them at Wilderness Villa's:cheer2:
I'm so excited:cool1:
