Hmm... I don't think there is anyplace to get breakfast anymore. I know that Hollywood & Vine stopped serving breakfast and I believe the others are only open for lunch/dinner. There may be a counter service place but I don't think so.
I beleive the ABC Commissary still serves counter service breakfast, but in my opinion it is not good. The hash browns were like tater tots, just not good! Unfortunatly, I would just eat before I go.
I E-mailed WDW about the fact that there is no place to eat Breakfast there and they called me and told me that they were just not getting enough people that were eating breakfast at Hollywood and Vine to keep it open. They said if attendance picks up or if enough people E-mail, it may come back. I told them that as much as I love the characters at Hollywood and Vine if they changed the charcters to a boys meal i.e. An Adventurerers Meal with characters such as Tarzan, Peter Pan, Hercules, and Buzz that people would come just for that. Kind of like the if you build it they will come thing.
If you want something simple, try Starring Rolls. It is at the top of the main drag, near the Brown Derby. They have things like bagels, cinnamon rolls, danish, croissants. Plus coffee, tea, orange juice, milk etc. We always plan one morning for breakfast there. They have tables outside to sit at.
Here is a quote from a different page.

We really like the ABC Commissary! The service is quick - there's usually not many people there, and it's fun to sit and watch the old shows on TV while you're eating! It's also a place we like to go for lunch to escape the crowds.
WE were pleasantly pleased with the ABC commissary during our New year's trip this year. French toast sticks for DS with bacon and we DH and I, had egg platters, hot and fresshly made(you can watch them). Not bad, Otherwise I don't really care for the food at ABC. I would go back.
